Privacy
Short version: we collect what an order needs and nothing else, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
Your mobile number, which is also your account. Your name, delivery address and - if you give it - an email address for order updates and invoices.
Payment is handled by PayU. Card and UPI details go to them directly; we never see or store them.
Why
To take an order, deliver it, confirm cash-on-delivery by OTP, handle a return, and answer you when you write. Nothing here is used for profiling.
Who else sees it
Our courier, to deliver the parcel. PayU, to take a payment. An SMS provider, to send the code that signs you in. Nobody else, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else you can ask us to delete.
Your choices
Write to care@missurbaani.in to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to close your account. We answer within 48 hours.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your bag lives in your own browser until you check out. We set nothing for advertising.
