Free over ₹1,999. Delivery dates shown on a product page are estimates from our courier for that pincode, not guarantees.

Cash on delivery adds ₹49 handling and is confirmed by OTP before dispatch. Paying online takes 5% off and that saving is applied at the payment step.

15 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We arrange the pickup. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method - or by bank transfer for a cash-on-delivery order.

Dupattas with zari work are non-returnable once the tag is off. This is stated on the product page before you buy.

Colour: if a garment arrives a different colour from the photograph, it comes back free and we pay the return.

Free any time before dispatch - write to us or cancel from the order in your account. Once a parcel has left the workshop it becomes a return.

Handloom and hand-block-printed cloth varies. Slubs, small irregularities in the weave and imperfect print registration are characteristics of the process, not defects, and are not grounds for a return.

We may correct a price or withdraw a style at any time before an order is accepted. If something is mispriced we will tell you and refund in full rather than ship it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. Grievances go to Ritu Malhotra at care@missurbaani.in.
